Central Coast Mariners face another away trip in the Ninja A-League this weekend as they take on Melbourne Victory at the Home of the Matildas.
A close contest is expected in Melbourne, the previous three meetings have seen 1-1 draws in 90 minutes and both teams come into the game unbeaten in their last five games.
Victory sit second in the table, with three wins and two draws in the previous five Ninja A-League matches whilst the Mariners are fifth and have the exact same record in their last five.

🔎 Melbourne Victory
The two teams last met in Unite Round back in Round Four this season, Victory earning a share of the points through a late Kayla Morrison header, after the Mariners led for over an hour thanks to Annalise Rasmussen’s early strike.
The Mariners have fond memories of our last trip to the Home of the Matildas, triumphing over Victory on penalties in our iconic Elimination Final last season.
Victory are blessed with a lot of quality in their ranks, particularly the spine of the team which is spearheaded by prolific striker Emily Gielnik. The Matildas forward has seven goals so far this season, putting her joint-second in the scoring charts.
🗣 Jade Pennock
Our English forward is hitting form after scoring in her last two matches, she is looking to continue that this weekend as the team push for another three points.
