Central Coast Mariners are gearing up for their first home game of the 2026/27 Ninja A-League Women season this Saturday 24 October, and the newly established Mariners Club is inviting locals to get behind the team with an afternoon of family-friendly activities, live entertainment and plenty of football fun.
Located at the former Gosford Bowling Club site, the launch event is open to the public and fans will be welcome on the lawn from 1pm, and all proceeds from food and drink sold on the day will go back into supporting the women’s program.
There will be plenty happening for the whole family, including
- Live music and entertainment
- Local brews from Hawkesbury Brewing Co.
- Freshly made pizzas by local favourite Chef Daniel
- Face painting for the kids
- Mini soccer goals and footballs for kids to enjoy on the lawn
- Central Coast Mariners Women jerseys and merch for sale
- $100 Full Season Mariners Women membership offer, or a $40 upgrade for existing membership holders of the Mariners’ A-League Men
Right next door at polytec Stadium, the Central Coast Mariners then take on Canberra United at 3pm for Matchweek 2 of the Ninja A-League Season, the first on the coast as the team return from an emphatic 4-2 victory away in Brisbane last Saturday.
Following the football on-pitch, the celebrations won’t stop at full-time as fans are invited back to Mariners Club after the match for a post-game party, complete with a DJ, food and drinks on the lawns.
The new Mariners Club is part of Holman Barnes Group’s commitment to supporting the Central Coast Mariners Women’s team, with all proceeds from the club going directly towards supporting the women’s football program.
With a new season ahead and plenty to celebrate, the Mariners Club is set to become a gathering place for local football fans to connect, celebrate and support their team.
