The Central Coast Mariners have named our squad for the upcoming AFC Champions League Elite competition.
Ahead of our first game tonight against Shandong Taishan at Jinan Olympic Sports Centre, Mark Jackson has submitted his squad for the upcoming competition.
30 players have been named in the squad, including three Mariners Academy players who have impressed during the NSW NPL competition.
New signings Adam Palvesic, Trent Sainsbury, Alfie McCalmont, Vitor Feijāo, Lucas Mauragis, Sabit Ngor and Diesel Herrington have all been named in the team, as well as new scholars Arthur De Lima, Haine Eames and Jai Ajanovic.
AFC Cup winners including Brian Kaltak, Alou Kuol, Ryan Edmondson and AFC Cup 2024 MVP Mikael Doka have also all been named in our squad to take on the best in Asian club football.
Rounding out our team are Academy players Parker Williams, Rocco Smith and Lucas Scicluna, who all featured heavily in our NPL NSW First Grade Men’s Academy team.
