Who are you bringing to football this weekend?

Harmony Day

Hyundai A-League Harmony round

This week Football Federation Australia (FFA) announced that Round 24 of the Hyundai A-League will be Harmony Round which aligns with Harmony Day (21 March). Luis Garcia (Spain), Fabio Ferreira (Portugal) & Brad McDonald (Papua New Guinea) visited Avoca Beach Primary school to discuss the importance of Harmony Day.

Harmony Round will showcase our cultural diversity in particular how multiculturalism can enrich football in Australia with Hyundai A-League clubs conducting School Visits whilst home grounds will be transformed into a celebration of diversity among players, spectators, supporters and partners.

In the lead up to kick-off we will also have dancers from The Glen Rehab centre who will perform an indigenous aboriginal dance.
