Your guide to #F3Derby Day

Are you fired up for the #F3Derby? Here’s everything you need to know heading into this Sunday’s grudge match against the Newcastle Jets.

Sundae in the Park (from 10am)

This Sunday for your countdown to kick-off Gosford comes alive with a day of FREE family fun and entertainment at SUNDAE IN THE PARK, Sunday Feb 28th, Kibble Park Gosford!

Don’t miss live performances by Ricki-Lee and Hi-5 and special appearances from Peppa Pig and The Octonoughts at Sundae in the Park, a FREE family event in the heart of Gosford.

We will also have Central Coast Mariners players on hand at 1:30pm for a penalty shoot out against Lawrie McKinna where children have the chance to win tickets to the #F3Derby.

Central Coast Mariners Official Pre-Game Function (3:00pm)

For a one-off only, we will host our Official Pre-Game Function with CEO Shaun Mielekamp and Head Coach Tony Walmsley at Kibble Park where you can catch an exclusive insight to Mariners matters both on and off the pitch.

Join us from 2:30pm for a casual Q&A as a part of the Sundae in the Park festivities in Kibble Park.

Proudly supporting Surf Life Saving Central Coast

The Central Coast Mariners are set to acknowledge the tireless efforts of Surf Life Saving Central Coast (SLSCC) by trading their iconic yellow kits for a football take on the traditional red and yellow patrol uniforms for our #F3Derby at Central Coast Stadium THIS SUNDAY!

SLSCC & the Central Coast Mariners have worked hand-in-hand for several seasons and the relationship will be highlighted when the team steps onto Central Coast Stadium to take on the Newcastle Jets in their unique Surf Life Saving inspired football kits.

Bring your boots for Gilbert Harabakunzi

Central Coast Mariners are calling on supporters to get behind 15-year-old refugee Gilbert Harabakunzi’s ‘Put The Boot In’ initiative at this Sunday’s #F3Derby.

This Sunday we are looking to out-do Newcastle both on and off the pitch. Jets supporters donated 127 pairs of boots when they hosted us last November and we think our fans can go even furher.

There will be a collection marquee set up on Dane Drive where Mariners’ fans are being urged to drop old boots that will be shipped to communities in Tanzania and outback Australia.
