New Mariners defender Marcel Seip met his new teammates at a session at Terrigal Beach on Saturday after arriving on the Central Coast with his family on Friday.
The Dutch defender, formerly of Eredivise clubs VVV Venlo and SC Heerenveen, as well as British outfits Plymouth Argyle, Blackpool, Sheffield United and Bradford City, said he is pleased to have linked with his new side following an extensive journey to Australia from Europe via Hong Kong.
Seip, 31, will train with the Mariners for the first time on Monday.
He joins the 2013 Hyundai A-League Champions on a three-season deal.
