Central Coast Mariners enjoyed a relatively relaxed day in Lismore on Wednesday after Phil Moss & his staff put the team through their paces on Tuesday with a double session.
A workout in the gym, a recovery session in the pool, and some fun on the waterslide at Goonellabah Sports & Aquatic Centre capped the morning for the boys.
In the afternoon, John Hutchinson, Eddy Bosnar, Nick Montgomery and Liam Reddy, plus Phil Moss and Wayne O’Sullivan, ventured to Oakes Oval to help guide some of Football Far North Coast’s elite under 13s and 14s players.
The evening was all about team bonding, with the players heading to the local cinema to catch The Inbetweeners 2 , while the coaching staff stayed behind to dowhat they do best – talk tactics and plan.Â
The boys will be back on Oakes Oval for a double session on Thursday, which will be followed by eight players joining in with Football Far North Coast’s community football day.Â
