Central Coast Mariners play their Hyundai A-League home matches at Central Coast Stadium, one of Australia’s most picturesque sporting arenas, which has a total capacity of 20,059.
The yellow and navy played their inaugural fixture at Central Coast Stadium on Saturday 7 May 2005, when they hosted northern rivals, Newcastle Jets in the opening round of the Club World Championships qualifying series.
9,809 spectators were on hand that day, and by the close of the Mariners’ second Hyundai A-League campaign in February 2007, the turnstiles at Central Coast Stadium had clicked over 200,000 times for Mariners’ games.
