Paul Okon names provisional squad to face Perth

Ahead of the Central Coast Mariners Hyundai A-League Round 3 hit out against Perth Glory, Paul Okon has named a provisional 18-man-squad. Kick-off is 7pm (AEDT) on Sunday at nib Stadium.

After an outstanding performance where the dangerous attacker created two assists, Andrew Hoole will miss round three through suspension after receiving two yellow cards against Western Sydney.

That gives another opportunity for Terrigal junior, Lachie Wales to work his way into Paul Okon’s A-League match day squad with two training sessions remaining until the team travels.

With the bodies holding up well after Saturday’s battle with the Wanderers, competition for places remains high in the Mariners squad.

Central Coast Mariners Members and supporters are being urged to band together for an away day at Central Coast Leagues Club who are kindly offering Mariners Members exclusive drink deals.

From 6pm (one hour before kick-off) all Mariners Members are being offered $4 Schooner and $5 pints of Carlton Draught Tank Beer, 1 of only 3 locations of tank beer on the Coast.
