Central Coast Mariners are pleased to confirm that football fans across the country and around the world will be able to view the Club’s inaugural Westfield FFA Cup match against South Coast Wolves this Wednesday live on www.CCMariners.com.au.
In partnership with Central Coast based company VPA Productions – and with the support of Football Federation Australia – the Mariners will stream the fixture live from Wollongong’s WIN Stadium, offering fans not able to physically attend the match with the opportunity to experience the excitement of the Westfield FFA Cup from wherever they may be around the globe.Â
Last season the Mariners and VPA Productions made history by joining forces to live stream four of the Club’s pre-season fixtures. Indeed, clashes between the Mariners and Brisbane Roar from Bathurst and Central Coast and Newcastle Jets from Tamworth were offered to supporters unable to make the journey to country NSW.Â
And with the Westfield FFA Cup having already captured the imagination of supporters around Australia and raised the profile of grassroots outfits and players, Central Coast Mariners CEO Mr Bruce Stalder said the decision to stream the fixture on www.CCMariners.com.au was a simple one.Â
“So far the Westfield FFA Cup has delivered exciting matches and fantastic football stories from all across Australia,” Stalder said. “On Wednesday our team will be doing their utmost to book a place in the last 16 of this great competition, but it’s also important that as many of our members and fans as possible have the chance to view the game.”
“All of the Westfield FFA Cup matches streamed online so far have attracted strong viewing figures, and we believe our game against South Coast Wolves will be no different,” he said. Â

Central Coast Mariners are currently working to finalise its commentary team for the fixture, however can confirm that the stream will include a pre-match interview with the Club’s Head Coach, Phil Moss, and full time grabs with members of the Mariners match day squad. Â
Coverage on www.CCMariners.com.au from WIN Stadium, Wollongong, will commence at approximately 7:20pm on Wednesday night.
