Central Coast defenders Storm Roux and Joshua Rose were at the Sydney Opera House on Wednesday to help launch and model this year’s Foxtel A-League All Stars kits ahead of next month’s much-anticipated clash with Italian giant Juventus.
The defensive duo spent the remainder of their day in the Harbour City with The AU Review, with Roux and Rose stopping for lunch at Buffalo Dining Club in Darlinghurst, before visiting a gourmet Italian providore, Salt Meats Cheese, in Alexandria.
The New Zealand international even learnt how to make mozzarella!
Mariners’ midfield general Nick Montgomery and Head Coach Phil Moss have also been selected for the glamour match against the Italian heavyweights next month.
Moss has been handpicked by Gombau to help him prepare the 20-man squad for the fixture against ‘La Vecchia Signora’.
The Foxtel A-League All Stars will meet Juventus at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on 10 August with the match to be broadcast live and exclusive on the Seven Network nationally.
