Central Coast Mariners had four former stars line up for the Socceroos in Australia-s final FIFA World Cup match with Spain in Brazil on Tuesday morning.

Club Brugge shot stopper Mathew Ryan, Crystal Palace and Australia skipper Mile Jedinak and Jeonbuk Hyundai defender Alex Wilkinson played their third game of the tournament against the defending Champions.

FC Luzern midfielder Oliver Bozanic made his starting debut for the Socceroos as he replaced the injured Mark Bresciano.

The Green and Gold started the encounter brightly but Spain worked their way into the contest with Hyundai A-League bound David Villa, Fernando Torres and Juan Mata finding the net for Vicente Del Bosque-s men in their 3-0 win.
