We’re revamping our Newcastle Permanent Mighty Mariners Holiday Clinics with the addition of Mariners’ Legends: Nick Montgomery, Josh Rose & Wayne O’Sullivan who will take charge of a day each. The clinics run on January 23, 24 & 25 at Central Coast Stadium and The Football Grounds.
With well over 1000 games of professional football between them, our three Pro-Star Head Coaches will run a day each of the exciting Holiday Clinics where participants will be taught new skills each day, with the number one objective being FUN!
On day one, the kids will all get a special guest visit from the FULL Central Coast Mariners playing squad who will take part in a signing session and a group photo.
Day 1 will be held by Nick Montgomery at The Football Grounds. The Football Grounds is the Central Coast’s newest indoor football centre and a state of the art facility that ensures play will go ahead rain, hail or shine. Monty will teach the lucky kids in attendance the art of shooting, attacking and possession based football.
Day 2 will be held by Josh Rose on the hallowed turf of Central Coast Stadium. Rosey will teach the importance of ball mastery, that will help kids keep in complete control of the ball at their feet. There’s no better place to learn this, than the slick surface of our home ground.
Day 3 is a huge one. It will be held by our Foxtel National Youth League Head Coach: Wayne O’Sullivan at Central Coast Stadium where the kids will put all their new skills into action for a fun-filled day of football on the same patch of grass your Mariners heroes do battle.
