CENTRAL Coast Mariners General Manager – Football, Lawrie McKinna, today announced he is running for a seat on Gosford Council.

McKinna will head a new five member independent team contesting the forthcoming local elections.

Alongside Sue Dengate, Nick Hagistefanis, Deb Warwick, and Gabby Bowles, McKinna is using the catchphrase Independents kicking goals for Gosford to promote his campaign.
