Central Coast Mariners are on the road again for Round 14 of the 2024/25 Isuzu UTE A-League, making the short trip to Western Sydney Wanderers on Friday evening.
The Mariners are looking to bounce back from defeat against Wanderers’ rivals Sydney last weekend and close the gap on the top six in the Isuzu UTE A-League.
A win against Wanderers would take the Mariners to within a point of their opponents who currently occupy eighth spot after three wins in their last five.

Commbank holds some fond memories for the Mariners, including our 6-1 Grand Final victory over Melbourne City in 2022/23.
Our last trip to Commbank is almost a year to the day, when Marco Tulio signed off with a stunning strike in a 1-0 win.
In February, Mikael Doka’s first Mariners goal from the penalty spot saw us complete the double over Wanderers with another 1-0 victory at Our Paradise.
A parting gift from Marco Tulio the last time we took on the Wanderers at CommBank Stadium 🎁

🔎 Wanderers
In form duo Brandon Borrello and Nicolas Milanovic, who have 20 goal contributions between them this season, are the key players to watch for the Mariners.
Marquee signing Juan Mata has also started to find his feet in the A-League, starting the last three games – his longest run in the starting eleven since joining the club. The 36-year-old netted his first A-League goal the last time Wanderers were on home turf, a 3-2 defeat to Macarthur on New Years Day.
