Why are you back on board as a Mariners Member for 2013/14?
Because I love being a part of it!
What is the best thing about attending Mariners home games?
The great atmosphere at Bluetongue, cheering on our side, catching up with other Members and the elation when we win.
Why would you encourage other Mariners fans to sign up as a Member in season 9?
To be a part of it, have a seat no matter what and save money on buying tickets on match day. Plus receive regular news from the Club and Member-only invites.
Who is your favourite Mariners player, past and present?
Big call, so many choices! Tommy Pondeljak, Andre Gumprecht, ‘Clarky- (Andrew Clark), (Patricio) Perez, ‘Hutcho- (John Hutchinson). But I would have to say ‘The Glinch- (Michael McGlinchey).
What was your highlight of last season?
The 7-2 win against Sydney with a huge attendance was great but nothing will beat that Grand Final win! With standing room only in our bays and five to go and everyone just counting down, holding breath and cheering on until the final whistle, and then the elation, the relief and the pride!
Paul Wissam with Mariners legend Patrick Zwaanswijk

Why are you back on board as a Mariners Member for 2013/14?
One reason. Back-to-back, baby. It also saves me time (and money!) on game day.
What is the best thing about attending Mariners home games?
Great mates, chanting and the best football in the A-League.
Why would you encourage other Mariners fans to sign up as a Member in season 9?
Like I said before, great mates, chanting and the best football in the A-League. These boys deserve our support. They bust a gut out on the pitch week in, week out.
Who is your favourite Mariners player, past or present?
Just one? Gumpy, Wilko, Matty Simon, WeeMac and Dutchy all own a big chunk of my Mariners heart.
What was your highlight of last season?
The entire Grand Final day. The pre-game atmosphere. The nerves. The sheer relief. Grown men crying, all-encompassing hugs with strangers that became family. That-s a day I will never forget. The entire stadium chanting at the Kashiwa Reysol game was an amazing feeling too.
