Mariners Medical is the most recent edition to the groups medical centre portfolio, the others being Toukley Family Practice, Warnervale GP Super Clinic, and Tuggerah Medical Centre at Westfield. ‘Our ethos is to provide high quality health care for the residents and visitors to the Central Coast.’ says Cranney.
Mariners Medical is certainly growing into a medical hub, with GPs, Radiology services provided by Coast Imaging, Douglas Hanly Moir Pathology and provision for a future Chemist on the Ground Floor. On the 1st Floor, Coast Sport provide Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, Sports Nutrition, and Massage Therapy. Current Specialist and Allied Health include a Paediatrician, Urologist, Geriatrician, Pain Specialist & Psychologist with Orthopaedic Surgeons starting soon. The group are also seeking other specialists to take up tenancy within the popular new medical hub.
Mariners Medical welcomes new patients and is open seven days a week. The practice directly bills to Medicare for all patients under 16 years of age, patients with a Health Care Card and most pensioners. Walk in appointments are also available. Patients can download their free app – “high quality health care” – to book online 24/7.
Mariners Medical currently provides a women’s health clinic on a weekly basis which is run by a qualified midwife and is thrilled to be opening a new state of the art Skin Cancer Clinic and Cosmetic & Laser Clinic soon on the 1st Floor.
