Costa Rican attacker Marco Ureña could be in line for his first Mariners appearance after being named in the matchday squad to take on Wanderers on Tuesday.
Ureña, who began training with the squad last week after completing 14 days of mandatory hotel quarantine, has been added to the extended group for Tuesday’s game along with young defender Dan Hall.

Alen Stajcic was asked about the visa players during media ahead of Monday’s final training session, and again stressed that patience is key when discussing the new arrivals and their game time.
“They’ve only been out of quarantine for eight or nine days now, so it hasn’t been a long or extensive period of training yet,” he said.
“Obviously they’re adapting to the weather so it’s probably going to be tough for them to make the team in this first game but we’re looking to get them up to speed as quickly as we can.”
