Central Coast Mariners can today confirm the list of players departing the club at the end of the 2025/26 A-League Men season following the expiration of their contracts.
Nathan Paull departs after making a total of 65 appearances in all competitions, having progressed through the Mariners Academy and made his first-team debut in 2023.
He featured 18 times in all competitions during our historic treble-winning campaign under Mark Jackson before establishing himself further in the 2024/25 season, making 23 A-League appearances.
Paull continued his development in the 2025/26 season, captaining the side on multiple occasions and making 17 A-League appearances under Warren Moon.
Paull’s move to Macarthur FC has already been announced, and the defender has thanked Mariners fans with his departing message, via his instagram.

Another Academy graduate departing the club is Miguel Di Pizio, who, despite being just 20 years of age, has given the Mariners family some memorable moments and earned himself fan-favourite status.
Di Pizio joined the Mariners Academy after departing Western Sydney Wanderers and made his senior professional debut for the club off the bench in 2023, before enjoying a breakout campaign in 2023/24 in which he produced several crucial moments on the way to the treble.
In the AFC Cup group stage, Di Pizio’s first senior goal, scored late against Terengganu, ultimately secured our passage to the knockout rounds before he scored twice in the semi-final second leg at Our Paradise.
He delivered again on the big stage at Our Paradise, scoring in our Grand Final success to put us ahead in extra time and become the youngest goalscorer in A-League Grand Final history at 18 years and 141 days old.
The following two seasons were disrupted by injury for the youngster, but he still showed his quality with a strong run of form at the start of 2026, recording six goal involvements in six A-League matches.

The third and final treble winner departing at the end of this season is Christian Theoharous, who made a total of 99 appearances for the Mariners during a trophy-laden spell with the club.
Arriving in January 2023 from Western United, Theoharous played 17 times on the way to our 2022/23 A-League Championship before making 39 appearances in all competitions during our treble-winning campaign. He contributed six goal involvements across all competitions, including a Goal of the Season-winning strike against his former club.

Departing after one season with the club is James Donachie, who made 21 appearances following his return to the Isuzu UTE A-League and was voted the Macca’s Fans’ Player of the Season after a number of impressive defensive performances.

Sabit Ngor departs the Mariners after making 34 appearances across two seasons, scoring seven goals, including six during the 2025/26 campaign, which saw him finish as the club’s Golden Boot winner.

Finally, departing the club after short spells are youngsters Nathanael Blair, Will Kennedy and Logan Sambrook, along with Kaito Taniguchi and Seth Clark.
