Central Coast Mariners and long-term partners Mitronics hosted an incredible morning at the High Performance Breakfast at the Entertainment Grounds.
It was fantastic to see more than 100 business leaders come together to connect, learn and be inspired.
Under the expert guidance of our MC, TV presenter and all-round star Tristan MacManus, the room was treated to a morning of genuine conversation and practical insights.
Mitronics Director, Roger Amir had the entire room buzzing when he challenged everyone to step outside their comfort zone, introduce themselves to someone they hadn’t met before and explain why they love the Mariners. Safe to say, we were pretty happy with the answers!
World Champion tumbler Sami Palmer from Human Performance Programs shared her remarkable journey to the top of her sport, speaking candidly about resilience, overcoming setbacks and finding the focus to perform when it matters most. She then led an interactive session exploring wellbeing and the habits that underpin high performance.
Central Coast Mariners Sporting Director Matt Simon and Surf Life Saving Central Coast CEO Michael Hyslop rounded out the morning with an engaging discussion on what it takes to lead and perform under pressure. Their stories reinforced that while the environments may be different, the principles of preparation, resilience, trust and leadership remain the same.
Guests also received an exciting glimpse into the future of the Central Coast Mariners as the club embarks on a new chapter under its new ownership, with an unwavering commitment to building sustained success both on and off the pitch.
A huge thank you to Element Live Productions for helping bring the event to life, to our major partner Polytec, our event co-host Mitronics Corporation, all of our valued club sponsors, our outstanding speakers and every person who joined us on the day.
The conversations, connections and enthusiasm in the room showed just how powerful our business community is when it comes together. It was a room full of people choosing to invest in better leadership, stronger businesses and meaningful connections.
We’re already looking forward to making the High Performance Breakfast an annual fixture on the Central Coast business calendar.
