Central Coast Mariners can confirm the transfer of defender Kelechi John to Belenenses SAD in the 2nd tier of Portuguese football.
After an injury in pre-season and the emergence of Brian Kaltak and Nectar Triantis, the defender struggled to make the starting 11.
Kelechi’s new club is due to play in the Portuguese Cup quarter finals in under two weeks time.
