The Central Coast Mariners are set for another trip north for some pre-season football, this time to face NPL Northern NSW outfit Weston Workers Bears at Rockwell Automation Park. Kick-off is 7pm and entry is FREE.
The high-flying Weston Workers Bears currently sit second on the NPL Northern NSW ladder and will prove a tough proposition for Alen Stajcic’s Mariners.
Although entry is free, representatives from affiliate junior club ‘Weston Bears Junior Soccer Club’ will be on hand collecting gold coin donations. Sadly, the club’s home, Varty Park, was recently vandalised – so the club is looking to raise funds to make repairs.
