THE Central Coast Mariners squad will depart Gosford bound for Sydney on Saturday morning, and fans have the chance to send the team off in style ahead of the 2012/13 Hyundai A-League Grand Final.

From 10:00am on Saturday morning, supporters are invited to gather on the western warm-up field at Bluetongue Stadium and then line the waterfront and Brian McGowan Bridge as the team-s bus begins its journey south.

Central Coast Mariners Head Coach Graham Arnold said the Club was ecstatic with the turnout at Thursday-s open training session held in Tuggerah.

Some 500 supporters made the effort to bring their colour, positive vibes and messages of support to the Club-s Centre of Excellence.

“The boys get a real boost out of the support of the fans and while we don-t need any extra motivation to play on Sunday, their enthusiasm is infectious and helps lift the camp even more.”

“It would be great to see a sea of yellow on Saturday morning at the team farewell.”

The Mariners- team bus will depart Bluetongue Stadium by 10:30am to ensure the squad arrives in Sydney in time to fulfil its remaining pre-Grand Final commitments on Saturday afternoon.

This week include the Official Pre-Match Media Conference and training session at Allianz Stadium.
