Fan Forum 1 Review

OVER 200 fans gathered to share their ideas and feedback with Central Coast Mariners and Football Federation Australia (FFA) management at the first of three Fan Forums on Monday night.

OVER 200 fans gathered to share their ideas and feedback with Central Coast Mariners and Football Federation Australia (FFA) management at the first of three Fan Forums on Monday night.

Held at Mingara Recreation Club, the first Fan Forum covered four primary topics, including the future of the Hyundai A-League, the challenges and opportunities in the Central Coast market, and the Mariners- commitment to the community.

Central Coast Mariners also used the evening to launch their 2013/14 Member campaign – Target 5,000: Are You On Board? – and encourage the fans present to help the Club recruit new Members.

Thus far the Mariners have signed up just over 1,300 Members for next season. Attaining 5,000 Members would represent a 45% increase in the Club-s year on year Membership growth.

Fans also got involved in the conversation via Twitter using the hashtag #MarinersFanForum. Please click here to view tweets to & from the Club throughout the evening.

The second Central Coast Mariners Fan Forum of 2013 will be held at Ettalong Beach Memorial Club on Monday 22 July commencing at 7:00pm. Please click here to find out more about Fan Forum 2.

Central Coast Mariners wish to thank FFA Chief Executive Officer, Mr David Gallop, and Head of Hyundai A-League, Mr Damien de Bohun, as well as other FFA staff, for taking time to attend the event.
