Central Coast Mariners sign Seth Clark

The Central Coast Mariners has signed midfielder, Seth Clark for the remainder of the 2025/26 Isuzu UTE A-League season.

The 25 year old joins from Sydney Olympic where he featured for the New South Wales NPL side throughout the 2025 league and Australian Championship campaign.

The former New Zealand youth international played his youth football with his hometown club, Canterbury United in New Zealand, before entering the US College system with Liberty University and later, San Diego State.

The midfielder arrived in Australia in 2024 where he joined Northern NSW NPL side Edgeworth FC where he impressed, scoring 11 goals in 26 appearances for the Eagles. His strong form earned him a move to Sydney Olympic at the start of the 2025 season – Clark also made five appearances in the inaugural Australian Championship.

Central Coast Mariners Men’s Head Coach, Warren Moon said Clark will add an attacking element to his midfield group.

“Seth is an exciting addition for us for the rest of the campaign,” Moon said.

“He brings additional depth to our midfield as we continue to push into the second half of the season and we’re looking forward to seeing what he can bring to the team.”

Clark was also thrilled to be signing his first professional contract with the Mariners.

“I’m grateful for this opportunity given to me by the Mariners and I want to return the faith to everyone involved at the club,” Clark said.

“I’m looking forward to showing the fans the hard work and passion I bring to the football field and I’m excited to head out on the pitch with the squad to fight our way up the table for the rest of the season.”

Clark joins the mid-season signings of Kaito Tanaguchi, Nathanael Blair, Chris Donnell, Ali Auglah and Oli Lavale and will be available for Sunday’s contest against Melbourne Victory at polytec Stadium.
