Defender Antony Golec signed with the Yellow and Navy in the buildup to the 2017/18 Hyundai A-League season. Golec arrived on the Central Coast after having stints with Sydney FC, Adelaide United, Western Sydney Wanderers and Perth Glory. In 2009, Golec made his international debut for the Australian U20’s and played four games before then representing the Australian U23’s on two occasions. Golec most recently plied his trade in Europe where his side, Sheriff Tiraspol were crowned Moldovan Champions.
