The Central Coast Mariners Academy have opportunities available for Assistant Skill Acquisition Coaches for an opportunity within the club’s 2017 Skill Acquisition Program (9-12 year olds).
The SAP is a year-round program, which aims to teach players aged 9-12 functional game skills and give them the necessary technical tools to play the game at the highest level.
Coaches are responsible for providing young players with age-appropriate training to progress through Football Federation Australia’s recognised talented player pathway.
Training Sessions are conducted a minimum three times a week.
To be eligible, coaches must hold a Football Federation Australia/Asian Football Confederation C Youth Coaching Licence at the time of application or be currently undertaking this course.
Successful applicants will be guided by the Mariners’ Head of Skills & Acquisition – Will Vasquez.
