The Central Coast Mariners have opened applications for qualified and suitable coaches for an opportunity within the club’s 2017 Skill Acquisition Program (9-12 year olds).
The SAP is a year-round program, which aims to teach players aged 9-12 functional game skills and give them the necessary technical tools to play the game at the highest level.
(The Central Coast Mariners are in search for eight part-time coaches to work with talented 9-12 year old players in our Skill Acquisition Program).Â
The Central Coast Mariners are also on the search for four part-time coaches to work in our Game Training Youth Academy (Ages 13-16).
Coaches are responsible for providing young players with age-appropriate training to progress through Football Federation Australia’s recognised talented player pathway.
Training Sessions are conducted a minimum three times a week.
To be eligible, coaches must hold a Football Federation Australia/Asian Football Confederation C Youth Coaching Licence at the time of application or be currently undertaking this course.
Coaching opportunities for female program
The Central Coast Mariners Academy have opened applications for part-time coaches to work within our female NPL2 Program. Under 13, 15, 17, Reserve and First Grade.
Coaches are responsible for providing young players with age-appropriate training to progress through Football Federation Australia’s recognised talented player pathway.
Training Sessions are conducted a minimum three times a week.
To be eligible, coaches must have a Football Federation Australia/Asian Football Confederation:
- C Youth Coaching Licence (13s and 15s)
- C Senior Coaching Licence (15s and 17s)
- BÂ Coaching Licence (First Grade)
