General Membership Info

What is a Member?

A member is someone who has signed up to support Central Coast Mariners and can therefore, attend matches/get benefits from Central Coast Mariners for the duration of the season they have signed up to be a member. Benefits may vary depending on the seating category purchased.

Which Membership is right for me?

We offer a range of seating categories across Adult, Concession, and Junior (4–16 years) pricing tiers. Ticketed memberships are available across Platinum, Gold, Navy General Admission, Yellow Army, Yellow General Admission, Non-Alcohol Bay General Admission, and Flexi-Game options (that will be on sale at a later date). Family bundle packages have been replaced with a build-your-own model – simply purchase individual memberships for each family member at the relevant age tier.

Has anything changed with Family Memberships for 2026/27?

Yes. Pre-packaged family bundles (e.g. 2 Adults + 2 Juniors) have been removed for 2026/27. In their place, we have significantly reduced Junior pricing to make it easier and more affordable for families to build their own combination. Simply purchase individual memberships for each family member – Adult, Concession, or Junior – at the category and seat location that suits you best.

What is the Non-Alcohol Bay?

The Non-Alcohol Bay is a General Admission seating area within polytec Stadium designated as an alcohol-free zone. It is an ideal option for families with young children, members who prefer an alcohol-free environment, or anyone who simply wants a quieter atmosphere on game day. Standard GA admission applies, and all other member benefits remain the same.

How does a Flexi-Game Membership work?

A Flexi-Game Membership gives you a set number of home game admissions – available as a 3-Game or 6-Game pack – rather than access to the full season. It is a great option if your schedule doesn’t allow for a full season commitment, or if you’re looking to try membership before committing to a full season.

Flexi-Game Memberships are available in Navy General Admission. You can use your game access at any home match during the season, and you will receive the same digital pass experience as a full season member.

Please note: Flexi-Game Memberships are not eligible for seating allocation and do not include a member pack. Flexi-Game Memberships will be on sale at a later date.

What is a Supporter Membership?

A Supporter Membership is a non-ticketed membership that can be purchased by people who are unable to attend games or are unsure if they can at the time of purchasing. These are commonly purchased by interstate and international fans.

Which Central Coast Mariners memberships include entry into home games?

All categories except the non-ticketed Club Supporter Membership include entry into Central Coast Mariners home games at polytec Stadium.

What age bracket encompasses a Junior Member?

A Member is considered a Junior when they are 4 to 16 years of age. Any child aged under 4 does not require a ticket if they are not taking up a seat.

Am I eligible to receive Concession rates?

To be eligible for a concession rate, you must hold one of the following:

Tertiary or University student card

Current pension card (aged, single parent or disability)

Seniors Card

Health Care Card

War Veterans/Widows Card

Veteran Affairs Card

Current serving member of the Armed Forces

Please bring your relevant concession card with you to each home game as you may be asked to provide proof.

Buying & Renewing Your Membership

Why have you moved to a new membership platform?

We are transitioning to a new Ticketek membership platform for 2026/27, designed to deliver a better experience – including a more modern sign-up and renewal process, improved digital pass delivery, and easier account management. If you have not held a membership recently, you will simply set up a new account when purchasing.

What is my Member Number?

Existing members: when renewing online, log in using the details supplied to maintain your current membership number.

New members: membership numbers are automatically allocated once your membership is processed.

If you are having trouble locating your member number please email memberships@ccmariners.com.au.

When does the Renewal Sale end, and what happens if I miss it?

The renewal sale ends on 28 July 2026. If you held a seat during the 2025/26 season, you must renew during this period to keep it.

After the cut-off date, unrenewed seats are released to the general public when full price memberships go on sale on 5 August 2026. If your seat is still available after that date, you’ll be able to purchase it at the current membership price.

If you’d like to change your seat, please contact the membership team at memberships@ccmariners.com.au.

When will seating allocations commence for the 2026/27 season?

Seating allocations for renewing members will commence following the close of the renewal Early Bird on 28 July 2026. Seating allocations for new members will commence thereafter.

How can my group guarantee our seats being allocated together?

To ensure your group is seated together, all memberships should be purchased in one transaction at the time of booking. When booking, members may request that a group of fellow members be seated together by providing the names at the time of booking. If memberships are not purchased together, Central Coast Mariners cannot guarantee members will be seated together.

Can I request a new seat?

Yes – if you wish to move, please advise when renewing your membership either by telephone or by email at memberships@ccmariners.com.au. The membership team will help assist you with finding an available seat.

Can I upgrade my membership mid-season?

Yes, in most cases membership upgrades can be accommodated during the season. If you would like to upgrade your category – for example from GA to a reserved seat – please contact the membership team at memberships@ccmariners.com.au. Upgrades are subject to availability and a price difference will apply. Downgrades are not available mid-season.

What payment options are available to pay for my Membership?

All members will automatically roll over as renewing members in the same category and seat as their 2025/26 season if they have selected auto-renewal. We encourage members to log in and confirm all their details are correct in the new system ahead of the roll over. No financial information will be carried across, so all members will need to enter payment details before processing their membership.

There are 3 payment options available:

1. Pay Now: The full amount is paid at the time the renewal or purchase is completed.

2. Pay Later: The full amount is processed and charged on 29 July 2026.

3. Pay in Instalments: The total amount is paid in scheduled monthly instalments across the season (see below for details).

I have opted to pay my Membership in monthly instalments, when will my account be debited?

Members who purchase their memberships through monthly instalments will be debited on the 29th of the month unless the 29th falls on a weekend or public holiday, in which case the account will be debited on the next business day.

The member’s account will be debited a one-off plan establishment fee of $5.00 on the date the membership is processed.

Memberships purchased using the instalment plan MUST be paid off in full by 30th April 2027.

It is the member’s responsibility to manage their payments. Should you have any issues or enquiries please contact the membership team at memberships@ccmariners.com.au.

Why is the instalment plan asking me to sign in?

You will need to sign in to your ticketing online account in order for the instalment plan to be set up with the payment gateway. Your sign-in details are what you would use to access your tickets. Renewing members who haven’t signed in before will just need to click on the Forgot Password link to update their password. If you are a new member, you must click on the Register for Free link to set up your email and password.

What happens if I miss my instalment payment on its due date?

If your payment fails on its due date, the system will try to retake it 1 day later, then 3 days later, with a final attempt 7 days later. If all attempts are declined, the membership team will contact you so you can make payment of the amount still owing. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details on the monthly instalment plan.

Can I update my card details on the monthly instalment plan?

Yes, you can update your payment details at any time by logging into your online ticketing account, then going to Subscriptions and Payment Method. Please make sure to set your new card as the primary card so that it updates on your payment plan. If you have trouble logging in, reset your password or contact the membership team at memberships@ccmariners.com.au.

Auto Renewal

As per Central Coast Mariners Membership Terms and Conditions, all members agree to opting into the Auto Renewal Payment Plan, meaning that your membership will be automatically renewed and payment deducted from your account each season.

You may opt out of this process at any time by visiting the ‘Manage Renewals’ tab once logged into your member account.

Payment Fees

All membership transactions processed through the new Ticketek platform incur a one-off administrative fee of $4.50. If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, a reasonable failed payment fee may apply in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

Will I receive a refund if I decide to cancel my membership?

Refunds are not provided for a change of mind. Requests to cancel a membership are considered at the sole discretion of the Central Coast Mariners General Manager – Membership and Ticketing, and will only be approved in exceptional circumstances. Where a refund is approved, your membership card must be returned before the refund is processed. A refund request will not be considered if you have already used your membership to attend a match.

Full details are set out in the Refund Policy in the Membership Terms and Conditions, available at www.ccmariners.com.au.

Match Day Entitlements

Does my A-League Men membership include access to the Newcastle Jets away game?

Your Central Coast Mariners A-League Men membership will grant you General Admission access to attend the away fixture(s) held against the Newcastle Jets at McDonald Jones Stadium. Simply scan your digital pass at the entry gates as you would for any home fixture (excludes ALW, AFC and Part Season Memberships).

What happens if a match is postponed or cancelled?

Match updates will always be communicated via the club’s official website and social media channels.

I cannot attend a home game; can someone else use my membership instead?

Wet Weather

While most Central Coast Mariners matches are played in fine summer conditions at polytec Stadium, the odd rain event may affect match day. The club will communicate to members any changes or alterations to match days when appropriate.

Wheelchair Accessible Seating

If you require wheelchair seating for individual matches, please call Ticketek on 132 849 to secure suitable tickets at polytec Stadium.
