Just over one month after announcing the MasterFoods Meals for Goals initiative in partnership with Coast Shelter, 1700 meals have already been secured for those in need thanks to the Mariners scoring goals at Our Paradise.
Off the back of the Mariners dominant 4-0 win over Western United, the Men’s and Women’s teams have already scored 12 goals across six home games. Each goal results in MasterFoods donating 100 meals to people struggling to put food on the table.
That’s 1200 meals already guaranteed for Coast Shelter thanks to our on pitch performances, alongside an extra 500 meals due to MasterFoods’ half time challenge during our double header against Brisbane Roar.
