Q: I am a Reserved seat member and can’t seem to purchase my same seat from the Ticketek website?
A: The only way to purchase your same seat is by clicking on this link and entering your member password (which was sent via email directly from Central Coast Mariners) into the password box displayed on the event page.
Same seat tickets cannot be purchased directly from the Ticketek website, you must use the same seat ticket link supplied.
Q: How long do I have to purchase my same seat if I am a Reserved Seat Member?
A: Your reserved members seat for the Isuzu UTE A-League 2023/24 Season will be held for you for the duration of the same seat purchase window.
Your exclusive redemption window to purchase your same seat runs from:
Monday April 29, 9am to Thursday May 2, 8:59am.
You may purchase tickets after this time however you will not be able to select your same seat.
Q: I have multiple reserved seat memberships/ reserved seat Family membership and we do not want to purchase all reserved seats for the Membership. How do I ensure that the ones I do select are seated next to each other?
A: The ticketing system is very specific, you will need to ensure that you enter the passwords for the actual seats in your group membership that you would like to sit in to ensure you are allocated into the correct seats.
Please note, to purchase your seats in the SAME transaction you must enter the codes to the CONSECUTIVE seats in order.
Q: Can I purchase tickets on behalf of other reserved seat members?
A: Yes, however all passwords must be from consecutive seats if you wish to purchase in one transaction. You will need to enter the member’s password for each seat you wish to purchase. Please enter all passwords one under the other in the password box.

Q: I have purchased my same seat. My receipt of purchase does not state that I have purchased my same seat, it says GA.
A: The ticketing system will not display your seat numbers on your email confirmation; it will only display the dollar amount of your purchase.
Once the tickets are sent out you will receive a second confirmation email with your correct ticketing details and your tickets attached directly from Ticketek.
Q: I purchased my same seat and I still have not received my tickets
A: All tickets will be sent out after the General Public on sale commences, Tuesday May 7, 9am. If you have not received your tickets after this time please contact Central Coast Mariners at memberships@ccmariners.com.au
Q: I purchased my same seat but my tickets don’t show that I am sitting in my same seat.
A: Please rest assured that you have been allocated your correct seat. The Isuzu UTE A-League Finals Series is run by APL they have created a fully reserved seating event and labelled the bays differently to a regular season Central Coast Mariners run match.
Q: I do not want to purchase my same seat; can I still purchase tickets at the discounted Members rate?
A: Yes, you can purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction on a best available basis by clicking here.
Please note this is unlikely to be seated next to your same seat.
Q: How do I purchase additional tickets?

GENERAL ADMISSION MEMBERS
Q: How long do I have to purchase a discounted member ticket if I am a General Admission Member or do not wish to purchase my same seat?
A: You may purchase tickets at the Members discounted rate from Monday April 29, 9am to Saturday May 18,7:00pm
The Members discounted ticket rate will be available for the duration of the presale period. To purchase tickets at the discounted rate you will need to ensure you enter the password provided to you via email.
Q: I purchased Tickets for the Semi Final Leg 2 and I still have not received them
A: All tickets will be sent out after the General Public Onsale. Tuesday May 7. If it is after this time please contact Central Coast Mariners at memberships@ccmariners.com.au
