Central Coast Mariners are pleased to announce a new digital partnership with Gloria Jean-s Coffees that will provide an additional benefit for Mariners Members.
Throughout the remainder of the Hyundai A-League 2013/14 season, Central Coast Mariners will produce a weekly video interview with one of the Club-s players or coaches at one of Gloria Jean-s Coffees eight Coffee Houses across the Central Coast.
Each video will be uploaded on the Club-s YouTube channel, as well as embedded on the Club-s website and shared via social media.
Providing additional content for fans to engage with the Club, get to know the players, as well as growing the Mariners- digital and social footprints is high on the Club-s priority list, and in alliance with Gloria Jean-s Coffees the defending Hyundai A-League Champions now have a perfect platform to supply consistent, tailored video content to supporters.
As part of the Club-s fresh digital partnership with Gloria Jean-s Coffees, each Mariners Member also has the opportunity to receive 10 per cent off any drink purchase at Gloria Jean-s Coffee Houses on the Central Coast, simply by presenting their Member Card*.
With Gloria Jean-s Coffee Houses located at Bateau Bay (Bay Village), Erina Fair, Gosford Imperial Centre, Westfield Tuggerah (x2), Deepwater Plaza (Woy Woy), Lake Haven Shopping Centre, and Wyoming Shopping Village, Gloria Jean-s Coffees Operations Manager (NSW North), Mr David Burt, believes the offer stands to benefit a large proportion of Mariners Members.
“We are delighted to enter into this agreement with the Central Coast Mariners who are a successful, community-minded organisation with over 5,700 passionate Members behind them,” Mr Burt said.
“The Mariners have shown us data highlighting the wide array of areas in which their Members live, and with eight Gloria Jean-s Coffees on the Central Coast, over 50 per cent of the Club-s Members have access to a store within 10 kilometres of where they live.”
“Naturally we hope that with this discount available to them, Mariners Members will opt to start their day or spend time with friends at one of our Coffee Houses,” he said.
Central Coast Mariners Group General Manager, Mr Peter Turnbull, said that the Club is pleased to enter into an arrangement that will not only benefit its Members and fans, but help the local business community.
“Gloria Jean-s Coffee Houses on the Central Coast are owned and operated by local business men and women, and directly employee over 70 local people in a variety of roles,” Mr Turnbull said. “We are keen to use this collaboration to provide more content to our fans, and further reward our valued Members for their support.”
“Gloria Jean-s Coffees are a respected international brand, and it-s great to have them on board,” he said.
