Yesterday at Niagara Park Youth Centre the Central Coast Mariners joined a range of local businesses that banded together to make a difference on the Coast.

Central Coast Mariners players Josh Rose, Jacob Poscoliero, Brad McDonald and Matt Fletcher were shown around the centre and even tried their hand at the cosmetic services on offer.

Coast Connect is all about providing the Central Coast homeless and job seekers with information including resume writing, TAFE courses, volunteering opportunities as well as a range of services such as hairdressers, dental check ups, hearing services and much more.

On the day, Central Coast Mariner Brad McDonald addressed the crowd and spoke about the clubā€™s ongoing relationship with Coast Shelter and how they are teaming up to create awareness about homelessness on the Central Coast.

Like any great community event, MasterFoods were on hand to provide the 1800 strong crowd with their famous MasterFoods hampers.

The Central Coast Mariners would like to thank Central Coast Connect day for having us and if you would like to find out more about how you can support Coast Shelter, head to: http://coastshelter.org.au/Ā
