Central Coast Mariners will return to Hyundai A-League action this Friday night when the Club takes on fellow 2014 AFC Champions League combatants Melbourne Victory at AAMI Park.

The Mariners & Victory have met twice so far this campaign, with the two successful Clubs recording a goalless draw in round 8, before Kevin Muscat-s men recorded a 3-1 win over Phil Moss-s team in Gosford in round 18.

Currently the Mariners and Melbourne Victory are locked on 30 competition points, with the yellow and navy just ahead of the blue-whites on the table courtesy of a superior goal difference.

Victory are likely to be without two of their star men for the encounter, with regular skipper Mark Milligan and former Mariner Tom Rogic currently in the United Kingdom with the Socceroos. Australia-s senior men-s national team takes on Ecuador in London on Thursday morning (AEDT).

Meanwhile, Storm Roux (Central Coast Mariners) and Kosta Barbarouses (Melbourne Victory) will return to Australia later in the week – the duo are with New Zealand-s All Whites in Tokyo for a friendly against Japan on Wednesday.
