In our continued search for high-standard coaches, the Central Coast Mariners Academy is inviting Expressions of Interest for the 2026 season from suitably qualified coaches to join our programs:
- Mixed Junior Development League
- Girls Junior Development League
- Youth Boys and Youth Girls
- Senior Women
Role Requirements:
Successful applicants will be expected to commit to three training sessions and one match day per week from November 2025 to September 2026. Please note these requirements may vary throughout the season.
These positions are not full-time; however, a small payment will be provided to successful candidates.
Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to progress to the next stage.
Qualification Requirements:
Any successful applicant holding a coaching qualification obtained from another Confederation or Football Association (e.g. UEFA C Diploma) must submit an application to Football Australia for recognition. Any fees associated with this process will be the responsibility of the applicant.
Minimum Coaching Qualifications:
To be considered for any Head Coach position with the Central Coast Mariners Academy, applicants must hold the following minimum qualifications:
- Mixed Junior Development League and Girls Junior Development League – C Diploma
- Youth Boys and Youth Girls – B Diploma
- Senior Women – B Diploma
