This week, from the CEO
We’re well into the hard work now. Some of that has been visible on the pitch, some of it has been happening behind the scenes.
The women’s side are clear in how they want to play and are building week by week. The last few results didn’t go our way, but the intent and structure are there. The response this week in training has been sharp and focused, exactly what you want to see.
The men are a close unit. The work now is about translating that connection into cleaner execution on the pitch – and that’s what this week has been about.
On club direction, there is a bigger piece unfolding that I know many of you want clarity on. I ask for a little patience here. Not because we’re hiding anything, but because it needs to be communicated properly. And it will, in time.
Looking at the weekend, our ALW travel to Leichhardt on Sunday to face the Sky Blues in a test and an opportunity we’re more than up for.
While our ALM are away to Western Sydney on Saturday for another chance to turn the work on the training pitch into points.
Onwards we go.
