The owners of the Central Coast Mariners FC wish to advise that following their agreement on Thursday evening, the extensive and complex legal documents involved in Michael Charlesworth’s fresh investment in the Club were completed at 5:30pm on Friday afternoon.

The owners of the Central Coast Mariners FC wish to advise that following their agreement on Thursday evening, the extensive and complex legal documents involved in Michael Charlesworth-s fresh investment in the Club were completed at 5:30pm on Friday afternoon.

These documents are now being reviewed by all parties involved.

The intention of all parties is for the documents to be executed on Monday, allowing for outstanding payments to all Central Coast Mariners employees to be completed early in the week.

Senior Central Coast Mariners management continue to communicate openly with relevant representatives from Football Federation Australia and Professional Footballers Australia regarding this matter.
