What is a Member?
A member is someone who has signed up to support Central Coast Mariners and can therefore, attend matches/get benefits from Central Coast Mariners for the duration of the season they have signed up to be a member. Benefits may vary depending on the seating category purchased.
Which Membership is right for me?
Membership Numbers
Existing members: when renewing online, ensure you log in using the details supplied to maintain your current membership number.
New members: membership numbers are automatically allocated once your membership is processed.
What is my Member Number?
Your member number can be found on your physical or digital 2023/24 Membership Card. If you are having trouble locating your Member number please email, memberships@ccmariners.com.au
What is a Supporter Member?
A Supporter Member is a non-ticketed membership that can be purchased by people who are unable to make games or are unsure if they want to/can attend games at the time they are purchasing a membership. These are normally acquired by inter/intra state and international fans.
Will I receive a membership pack?
All ALM full season members will receive a membership pack which will include a plastic membership card via post ahead of the season commencement. Should you purchase your membership after the season has begun you can expect to receive it within 21 days.
All Membership types will receive a digital pass that can be used to gain access to games in the meantime.
How to I redeem my members cap?
Your membership pack will contain a unique password which will allow you to redeem your membership online via our store. Members will be able to opt for postage or collection.
Caps WILL NOT be given out at the stadium.
PLEASE NOTE: there are only a limited number of caps available for redemption, once the allocation is exhausted there will be no further availability.
When will I receive my digital membership card?
All Central Coast Mariners Members can expect to receive a digital membership pass via email ahead of the start of the season.
After the season has begun digital passes for new members will be processed within 7 days.
My Membership type does not include a physical membership card. Can I purchase one?
If you wish to purchase a physical membership card, please contact the membership team after mid-August. There will be a charge of $10, and the card can be collected from our shop or at the membership tent on games days.
How do I log into my account?
Primary Account Holders can visit their membership account at www.ccmariners.com.au
Forgotten your password?
Simply click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link located next to the Password field when you visit the ‘My Account’ tab. From here you will receive an email and can change your password.
Once logged into your account, members may update contact details, create additional members joined to the account, update payment details and view your transaction history.
Which Central Coast Mariners memberships include entry into home games?
All categories except the Non ticketed Club Supporter Membership include entry into Central Coast Mariners home games at Industree Group Stadium.
Membership for the Central Coast A-League Women provides General Admission access to all Women stand-alone home games and Double Headers held alongside the A-League Men.
What age bracket encompasses a Junior Member?
A Member is considered a Junior when they are 4 to 16 years of age. Any child aged under 4 does not require a ticket purchased if they are not taking up a seat.
What is included in a Family membership?
Family memberships can include membership for two adults and up to three juniors (4-16 years) or one adult and two juniors.
Am I eligible to receive Concession rates?
To be eligible for a concession rate, you must have and be willing to provide proof of one of the following:
- Tertiary and University student
- Current pension card (aged, single parent or disability)
- Seniors Card
- Health Care Card
- War Veterans/Widows Card
- Veteran Affairs Card
- Current serving member of the Armed Forces
Please bring your relevant concession card with you to each home game you attend as you may be asked to provide proof of your concession rate.
When will seating allocations commence for the 2024-25 Season?
Seating Allocations for all Renewing members will commence August 1.
Seating Allocations for New Members will commence mid-August.
How can my group guarantee our seats being allocated together?
To ensure your group is seated together, all Memberships should be purchased in one transaction at the time of booking. When booking seats, Members may request that a group of fellow Members to be seated together by providing the names at the time of booking. If Memberships are not purchased together, Central Coast Mariners cannot guarantee Members will be seated together.
Can I request a new seat?
Yes – if you wish to move, please advise when renewing your membership either by telephone or by email (memberships@ccmariners.com.au). The membership team will help assist you with finding an alternate available seat.
Seating allocations will commence August 1 for all Renewing Members. New Members seating allocations will begin Mid-August.
Does my A-Leagues membership include access to AFC Champions League Elite home games?
As the AFC Champions League is a separate competition an A-Leagues standalone membership does not grant access to these games. We have a four-home game package available for the AFC Champions League Elite group stage available as an additional membership package.

Does my A-Leagues membership include access to the Newcastle Jets away game
Your Central Coast Mariners A-League Men & MyClub 2024/25 Membership will grant you General Admission access to attend the away fixture(s) held against the Newcastle Jets at McDonald Jones Stadium. Simply scan your membership card at the entry gates as you would for any home fixture (excludes ALW, AFC and Part Season Memberships).
Does my A Leagues membership include access to the A Leagues ”Unite Round”?
Unite Round is run by the APL. When Central Coast Mariners receive ticketing information regarding these fixtures, we will pass all necessary information on to our Members.
I have left my membership card at home, what do I do?
All members receive a digital pass via email. You are advised to use it to gain access, or head towards the Central Coast Membership Marquee (selected matches only) for help.
I have lost my membership card, what do I do?
If your membership card has been lost or stolen, it must be immediately reported to Central Coast Mariners. Upon notification Central Coast Mariners will cancel the lost card and a new membership card can be issued at a cost of $10, payable at time of request. Alternatively, a digital pass may be reissued with a new barcode via email, costs will apply.
Please note if the Membership card is found once the new pass has been issued the old card is still voided and will not grant access to matches.
If you purchased a ticket to an individual Mariners game and it is lost or stolen, please contact Ticketek on 132 849 or visit the Industree Group Stadium Ticketek box office.
I cannot attend a home game; can someone else use my membership instead?
Yes, where a member is unable to attend a home game, the Member may allow another person to use their membership for the game. The membership will only access each game once. Concession or Junior memberships cannot be used by an Adult.
As a member, will I have priority access to A-Leagues Finals Series tickets?
Yes. One of the many benefits of being a Member is you will be granted priority access to purchase tickets prior to public sale. Members will be notified via email when tickets are available for purchase with instructions on how to do so.
Please note: Finals Series tickets are managed by the APL and Ticketek.
As a member how do I receive a discount on Central Coast Mariner merchandise?
You will have received the members merchandise discount code with your order confirmation.
For online orders simply input this code at checkout and a discount will be applied.
For purchases in our store simply provide proof of membership to receive the discount.
I have opted to pay my Membership in monthly installments, when will my account be debited? Members who purchase their Memberships through monthly installments will be debited on the 17th of the month unless the 17th falls on a weekend or public holiday, in which case the account will be debited on the next business day.
The Members account will be debited a one-off plan establishment fee of $5.00 on the date the membership is processed.
Memberships purchased using Debit Success MUST be paid off in full by 30th April 2025.

Auto Renewal
As per Central Coast Mariners Membership Terms and Conditions, all Members agree to opting into the Auto Renewal Payment Plan, meaning that your membership will be automatically renewed, and payment will be deducted from your account each season.
You may opt out of this process at any time, by visiting the ‘Manage Renewals’ tab once logged into your Member account.

Accessible Services
Access for wheelchairs and people requiring special access is provided at both the Eastern and Western Entry Gates, with lifts to the concourse and mezzanine levels. Accessible seating may be purchased via Ticketek, call 1300 665 935.

Limited Mobility Parking is available at the Stadium. If you require Mobility Parking, please contact the club the week of the event.
ATM
There are no ATMs within Industree Group Stadium. EFTPOS facilities are available at all concession stands, however there is no cash-out option.
There is an ATM located outside Central Coast Leagues Club, opposite the Eastern Entry of Central Coast Stadium on Dane Drive.
Autographs
At the conclusion of a home game, Central Coast Mariners fans are encouraged to move to the perimeter fence around the Field of Play for a chance to meet players, take a photo and get an autograph.
Please note that due to potential post-match commitments, not all players may participate in this march past.

Baby Change Stations
There are Baby Change stations located within the male and female bathrooms at Industree Group Stadium.

Banners & Signs
Central Coast Mariners fans are encouraged to be creative and bring along banners and signs to support their team. Please note that banners and signs which display offensive or inappropriate content, or unauthorised commercial or promotional content will not be permitted in the stadium. Banner/Flag poles are to be composed or wood or plastic and cannot exceed 1.5m in length.
Oversized banners (sized 1000mm x 1000mm or larger) must be pre-registered with the club by contacting 02 4353 7200.
Bars
There are six bar areas serving alcohol located on the concourse at Industree Group Stadium, with additional mobile vendors for larger crowds. The number of bars open on match day is determined by Stadium Management.
Bottles, Cans & Outside Beverages
Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, cans and breakable containers are not permitted to be brought into Industree Group Stadium. Unopened plastic bottled non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Cameras
Cameras or recording devices that are being used for commercial purposes are not permitted at Central Coast Stadium.

First Aid
If you require medical assistance at a match, please visit a venue usher and they will direct you to the closest first aid room.
Food Outlets
Outlets line the concourse of both the eastern and western stands. The number of food outlets opened will be determined by Industree Group Stadium based on anticipated crowd numbers. Som food items may be allowed into the stadium however no outside food i.e. McDonalds, KFC, etc permitted.
If you have a dietary requirement and you need to bring this food into the stadium, please advise security upon arrival.
General Admission
Navy General Admission seating is in the Eastern and Western stands at Industree Group Stadium.
These Bays include 1-2 (please note 2 is a no alcohol bay),11-12,20-30,44-47 & 51-52.
Yellow General Admission seating is in the Northern Stand at Industree Group Stadium.
These Bays include 13-15 and 17-19.
Lifts
Lifts are located on either side of Industree Group Stadium, within a short walk of the eastern and western entry gates.
Lost Property
On match days, please take any lost property including lost Membership cards to the Industree Group Stadium event office, located behind the western stand. If you have lost something at the match, please call the stadium on (02)4304 7600 during office hours.
Merchandise
Central Coast Mariners merchandise is available at all home games from the merchandise kiosks on the northern and/or western concourse.
Merchandise may also be purchased throughout the year from the online Mariners Shop on https://central-coast-mariners-shop.myshopify.com/ or onsite at Mariners HQ, Tuggerah.
Parking
Mobility Parking can be arranged from 9am each Monday prior to a home game by calling Central Coast Mariners on 43537200.
Parking at the Central Coast Leagues Club (opposite the stadium) is restricted to members of the Leagues Club on match days. For details contact 4325 9888.
Parking at Gosford City car park (1 Baker Street) offers a $10 flat fee for special event parking on Saturday and Sundays
If utilising roadside parking, please obey all signage and be mindful of business and resident access.
Pass Outs
Pass outs are available at Industree Group Stadium via both main entry gates. Pass outs are available only until 15 minutes after halftime.
Public Transport
Rail: the nearest station to Industree Group Stadium is Gosford, approximately 500m walk from the main Eastern gates.
Bus: the nearest stop is on Mann Street opposite St George Bank.

Restrooms
Restrooms, including disabled stalls are available throughout the venue at Industree Group Stadium, at the rear of the concourse of both the eastern and western Stands, as well as inside the main eastern gates.

Smoking
Industree Group Stadium is a non-smoking venue. Those wishing to smoke during the match must obtain a pass-out via either the eastern or western gate.

Strollers/Prams
Central Coast Stadium has a stroller cloaking area underneath the grandstand on both sides. Please see VIPeople staff (light blue jackets/polos) upon entry to the ground.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas may be brought into Industree Group Stadium but should not be put up if they obstruct the view of others.
Wet Weather
While most Central Coast Mariners matches are played in fine summer conditions at Industree Group Stadium, the odd rain event may affect match-day. The club will communicate to members any changes or alterations to match days when appropriate.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating
If you require wheelchair seating for individual matches, please call Ticketek on 132 849 to secure suitable tickets at Industree Group Stadium.
The Mariners acknowledge the Companion Card Program, and we agree to provide an admission ticket or equivalent membership for the cardholder’s companion at no charge.

Yellow Army
Known as the Yellow Army, our active supporter group sits in Bay 16.
The Yellow Army supporter bay is the hub for noise, banners and flags.
This means that at some point before, during and after the match your vision may be obstructed. Supporters in this area chant, sing and stand throughout the match.
If you do not wish to take part in those activities, please choose your seat elsewhere in the stadium, although we encourage supporters to get involved!
